Dear Wagsworth Manor Friends and Clients,
Brad and I would like to thank you for the privilege of caring for your furry family members. We have enjoyed getting to know you and your families.
The journey to creating Wagsworth Manor started over 5 years ago. While we enjoyed success at Great Valley Pet Hotel, we knew our water-loving Goldens would love a playful retreat with a pool and our Yorkipoo would want the ultimate in pampering and comfort. So we set out to design the best pet care facility.
We traveled to several upscale pet resorts across the country to see first-hand the ‘art of the possible’, as well as to consult on providing the best services and accommodations. One consistent challenge we noted is that many of these facilities were on small lots and had very limited outdoor space for guests to run and play. As plentiful space would seem to be a prerequisite for such facilities, Brad and I were very fortunate to find this 6-acre property in Malvern, PA. And then we hired an expert team of architects and mechanical engineers who specialize in designing modern pet care facilities.
After 4 years of construction we checked in our very first guest on August 2, 2007. And we have built up a wonderful, caring staff who share our commitment to provide the best pet care imaginable.
We believe that by offering so many activity options we have something for everyone! From the shy, quiet or elderly pet to the energetic, social or active pet - our caring staff provides the attention and exercise they need and deserve. We want to put your mind at ease when your family member is staying with us.
Because we are constantly striving to make your entire Wagsworth experience pleasurable, Brad and I will always welcome your questions and suggestions.
